This Christmas, there’s a different kind of grotto waiting for you at Erddig.

Visit Father Christmas and Mother Christmas at our reverse grotto, where the tradition of giving takes centre stage. Instead of receiving a gift, visitors are invited to bring a donation for Wrexham Foodbank to help support people in the local community.

It’s a chance to enjoy a Christmas tradition while doing something kind for others.

The reverse grotto opens on 28 November and welcomes visitors every weekend leading up to Christmas, from 11am to 3pm. Father Christmas and Mother Christmas will also be there during our special late evenings from 14 to 17 December, between 4pm and 6pm.

Please check Wrexham Foodbank’s website for information about the donations most needed.

Admission: Free event.
