Keep their memory shining bright this Christmas

We warmly invite you to join us at our Light Up a Life service at the Nightingale House, on Sunday 29th November at 4.30pm, where we will come together for an evening of remembrance as the lights are illuminated and we celebrate and remember loved ones. 

It is a privilege to support families as they remember their loved ones, and Light Up a Life is a special way for us all to come together in that shared remembrance. 

Your support means so much, not only in remembering someone special, but in helping us care for others in our community.
