Our Roman Army Weekend at Park in the Past is back!

Get ready to witness thrilling combat and archery displays, talks with Roman soldiers, obtaining a view of yurt life, life in the barracks and much much more!

Below is the itinerary of what will be happening on both this Saturday and Sunday:

11am till 12pm Spear, archery & axe throwing for adults and children.
1pm Kids army must be 7 and older to take part, and a minimum of 10 kids is required.
2pm DEVA VICTRIX LEGION XX will put on a combat training display
3pm till 4pm spear throwing, archery and axe throwing.

Age Restrictions
Spear throwing: 5+ years old
Archery: 6+ years old
Axe Throwing: 13+ years old

Don’t worry if you miss any of the planned activities, as the Romans will be there to talk to and take photos with all day during the park’s opening hours.
